Security deposits are typically returned to the listed resident within 45 days of the lease end date. If it's been longer than that, reach out to our management team, and we'll gladly look into it for you.

The security deposit ranges from $500 to one month's rent and is due within 48 hours of approval. Please note that applicants with a lower credit score may be approved with an additional deposit.

Utilities are billed separately to each resident, which puts you in control of your own usage and gives you more flexibility month to month.
